At-home portrait shoots are an ever-growing trend, and we're completely on board with that. Catherine Cattanach was asked by Gale and her partner Aurelian  to photograph their family as they welcomed little Gala into their lives. Catherine photographed Gala's older sister Aurelia as a newborn, so she was thrilled when Gale and Aurelian asked her back. We'd never been to Lyttelton until a couple of years ago. At school we'd all learnt it was Christchurch's port, but that didn't mean you had to visit. Now everyone knows it's at the epicentre of Christchurch's earthquake. The reason I did eventually visit Lyttelton was to catch up with Johannes van Kan and Jo Grams. Just a few weeks ago, I received something that was a long time coming. My very own Queensberry Album! Now you can imagine why it took me just over a year to actually get it designed and ordered  - I'm a Queensberry designer - which is another way of saying that I'm a perfectionist.
